Strategy built on clinical truth.
Losinski Consulting brings together deep clinical operations expertise and enterprise-level technology strategy. We've stood in the room where telehealth programs were built from scratch — and where they were rescued from underperformance.
Founded by Abby Losinski, MHA, the firm partners with health systems, specialty healthcare organizations, and digital health organizations to design virtual care programs that are clinically sound, technically integrated, and operationally sustainable.
Abby's career spans healthcare operations, clinical workflows, enterprise technology, and telehealth strategy—from early-stage program design and platform selection to post-launch optimization and large-scale expansion. With a Master of Healthcare Administration, Epic certification, and experience across clinical operations and enterprise technology, she brings both perspectives to telehealth strategy and execution.
That dual perspective means every recommendation is grounded in what clinicians need, what patients experience, and what healthcare systems can realistically support—resulting in virtual care programs that feel integrated rather than bolted on.
